      通过对美国库拉索芦荟预处理后得其脱色凝胶 ,利用硫酸 -苯酚化学方法 ,对脱色凝胶进行总糖含量的测定 .实验表明 ,在 490nm处 ,测其吸光度为 0 .1 81 ,脱色凝胶的总糖含量为 2 .62 2mg·ml-1.
英文摘要:
      In this paper the decolorized alse gel was got after pretreatment of Aloe Vera.L. The phenol-sulfuric acid procedure was used to determine the content of total sugar of the decolorized aloe gel. At 490nm,the absorbance of the sample was 0.181,corresponding to the content of total sugar of 2.602mg.ml -1 .
