离心式压缩机叶轮叶片是旋转式周期性结构,由于高速运转时叶轮叶片内有很大的应力产生,是造成破坏的主要原因.本文采用三角形平板单元和平面应力三角元对叶轮叶片进行有限元计算,并引入伪单元处理重复子结构,大大地减少了计算工作量. |

The impeller-and-laminae of centrifugal compressor is a rotating periodical structure. The high stress in the impeller-and-laminae generated by high-speed rotation is the main cause of its failure. In this paper, triangular plate elements and triangular plane-stress elements are employed in the finite element analysis of the impeller-and-laminae. The introduction of pseudo-element in dealing with repetitive sub-structures greatly reduces the computations. |
