      本文根据相关文献给出的高层建筑风压脉动随时间、风向等的变化而出现的规则与不规则的变化规律,以及高层建筑绕流空气动力特性,分析了高层建筑表面风压随来流、风向和时间发生较大变化的区域和特征,指出高层建筑物的自然通风或渗透风量处于不稳定状态,在一定周期内会有较大波动,室内空气温度、湿度和湍流度等难以控制,直接影响到室内热舒适性.同时给出了克服高层建筑风压脉动所造成的室内空气环境参数波动的技术措施和方法.
英文摘要:
      In accordance with the regular and irregular variation prin ci ple of a high-rise building's wind pressure with the variation of time and wind direction proposed in associated reference and a high-rise building's around flow aerodynamic characteristic, an analysis is made about the characteristic and r ange in which wind pressure on a high-rise building changes largely with coming flow?time and wind direction in this paper. On this base, the paper points out that a natural ventilation or air infiltration rate is unstable and has a large fluctuation in a certain period. So it is difficult to control indoor temperatur e, humidity and turbulivity, and this affects indoor thermal comfort directly. I n addition, the technical measures and methods are brought forward in this paper to overcome the fluctuation of indoor air properties caused by pulsation of a h igh-rise building's wind pressure.
