| 青霉脂肪酶在一定浓度的钙离子存在下,显示出高的活性,当钙离子浓度为2×10-2M时,酶的相对活性达180%.乙酸钠和多羟基化合物可以作为洗涤剂的稳定剂,其中多羟基高分子化合物对青霉脂肪酶有优良的稳定和激活效果. |

| Alkaline lipase showed a good activity in present of some ca2 . When the amount of ca2 was 2 10-2 M,the activity of the lipase went up to 180%. CH3COONa and polyols can be used as stable agents of alkaline lipase for detergents and among them polyol high molecular compounds had the best stabling and activating effect on the alkaline lipase. |
