| Through an experimental model,this paper pursued all kinds of factors of soot controlling:the best fix height of exhaust fan,the best making up of the putt suck air flow and the minimun governable velocity of the air.And through adjusting the angle of air supply,making blast best,we achieve the best controlling effect.It's a new avenue of extracting the kitchen soot by puff suck. |
