| In the process of the economic globalization transnational companies have played a special role and exerted influence on it.Because of the relevant system,their own scale and techniques,Chinese enterprises have,up to date,made little progress in transnational investment and transnational management.This article aims to introduce the economic globalization's impact on Chinese enterprises,to analys briefly the problems in our enterprises' transnational management and therefore to put forward the countermeasures we should have. |
