| During the 1980s and 1990s a large number of well known enterprises emerged gloriously in China. But soon lots of them got into a hobble or even got bankrupted.This paper superficially expounds the problem in three aspects:1.The entrepreneur's quality is not high;2.The systems of modern enterprises are not really shaped up;3.The encouragement and restriction mechanisms are still not perfected. |
