| 债转股是解决银行不良资产的重要举措之一 ,在现实操作过程中 ,既要做到化解银行不良资产 ,又要减轻企业债务负担 ,以有利于建立真正符合市场经济规律的银企关系 .当前银行不良资产数额巨大、证券交易市场不规范、国家监督机制不健全 ,实施债转股无疑是困难极大 .本文从道德风险的角度 ,对债权转股权的具体运作做一些探讨 . |

| Debt to equity is an important way to deal with banks` bad debts.Based on huge non performing assets of Chinese bank and the non canonical stock exchange it is difficult to evade the morality risk.This article will put forword what these risks are and how to evade these risks. |
