| The authors consider that human resources are one of three primal essentials for production.They suggest that an enterprise should take measures for managemet and development of human resouces,and point out that the jobless and reemployed dynamics are inevitability of management and development of enterprise human resources,and that competitive ability of an enterprise depends to a large extent on management and development of human resources. |
