| Based on cross divivison,this paper introduces the principle of coding current composition of high definition television (HDTV) and proposes a new method to improve the coding algorithmic structure.By this method,the precision of assessed value of movement and movement compensation as well as the compression ratio of images are improved. Finally,taking the TMS 320 as an example,the paper puts forward the speedy algorithm of DCT. |
