| 研究了在TritonX－100存在下，于pH8．5以亚铁氰化钾和乙二胺作掩蔽剂，用5－Br－PADAP作显色剂测定铜锌．铜粹与5－Br－PADAP生成紫红色络合物的λmax=554nm,表观摩尔吸光系数εCu为1．1×105L·mol-1·cm-1，εZn为1．5×105L·mol-1·cm-1.铜、锌线性范围均为0～10μg／25ml，可用于测定岩石中的微量铜、锌． |
