| 【】目的：研究白介素1α(IL-1α)、白介素6(IL-6)的表达在颅咽管瘤中的临床意义。方法：选择自2008年12月至2011年5月于宁夏医科大学附属医院神经外科行外科手术切除的颅咽管肿瘤标本57例,通过免疫组化染色检测其组织标本中IL-1α,IL-6的表达情况,分析其表达情况与颅咽管瘤的病理类型、术后复发率及切除率的关系。结果： 本次实验57例组织标本中,40例全切除(70.2%),9例次全切除(15.8%),8例大部切除(14.0%)；IL-6阳性表达25例,其阳性表达率与肿瘤是否全切除有统计学差异(P=0.039),与病理类型、是否复发无统计学差异(P＞0.05)；IL-1α仅在乳头鳞状型颅咽管瘤中阳性表达2例,其阳性表达率与病理类型、是否复发及肿瘤是否全切除均无统计学差异(P＞0.05))。 结论：颅咽管瘤与其周围脑组织炎性反应的发生可能是颅咽管瘤手术难以全切除的重要因素,其中IL-6参与了这种炎性反应的发生。 |

| Objective To study the clinical meaning of IL-1α and IL-6’s expressions in craniopharyngiomas. Methods 57 pathologic specimens of craniopharyngiomas collected in our hospital during the surgery from December 2008 to May 2009 , analyze the correlations of IL-1α and IL-6 expressions with the pathological types , removal rate and recurrence rate , the IL-1α and IL-6 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry . Results In 57 cases , 40 cases was total removal (70.2%),9 cases was subtotal removal(15.8%),8 cases was partial removal (14.0%); 25 cases was detected IL-6 positive expression ,its positive expression has significant difference with tumor removal types(P=0.039),however, its expression has no statistically significance with different pathological subtypes and postoperative recurrence (P>0.05);IL-1α only positive expression in 2 cases,its positive expression with different pathological subtypes, postoperative recurrence and tumor removal types has no statistically significance(P>0.05) .Conclusion The inflammatory reaction in craniopharyngioma and its surrounding tissues may be the important factor of total removal of the tumor tissues, and IL-6 may involves this inflammatory reaction. |
