| 目的 分析口服糖皮质激素联合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。 方法 将143例(146耳)患者随机分为三个组，分别采用口服糖皮质激素 高压氧联合治疗(A组)，单纯口服糖皮质激素治疗(B组)，单纯高压氧治疗(C组)，观察和比较各组治疗效果。结果 口服糖皮质激素 高压氧治疗组(A组)总有效率为81.3%，与单纯治疗组(B组和C组)存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。单纯口服糖皮质激素治疗组(B组)和单纯高压氧治疗组(C组)疗效存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论 口服糖皮质激素联合高压氧治疗突发性聋的疗效显著，早期应用可提高疗效。 |

| Objective To determine the therapeutic efficacy of combination of corticosteroid and hyperbaric oxygen for sudden hearing loss. Methods 143 cases with sudden deafness were treated respectively by combination of corticosteroid and hyperbaric oxygen (group A)，corticosteroid alone (group B)，hyperbaric oxygen alone (group C)．Results Total effective rate for combination of corticosteroid and hyperbaric oxygen was 81.3%, with significant differences comparing with other two groups (P<0.05)，corticosteroid alone showed better effect on sudden hearing loss than hyperbaric oxygen alone (P<0.05)．Conclusion Patients with sudden hearing loss should be treated by combination of corticosteroid and hyperbaric oxygen as quickly as possible. |
