| 摘要: 目的 探讨优质护理服务在多途径联合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成中应用的效果。方法：将我院开展“优质护理服务”前收治的69例经多途径联合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者作为常规护理组，将开展“优质护理服务”后收治的72例作为优质护理组，常规护理组采用功能制护理模式，优质护理组实施责任包干制整体护理模式,比较两组患者的满意度、疾病认知率、服药达标率、随访率情况。结果：优质护理组患者的满意度、疾病认知率、服药达标率、随访率均高于常规护理组（P<0.05），复发率、并发症及后遗症的发生率低于常规护理组。结论：优质护理服务能够提高患者疾病认知率、服药达标率、随访率和满意度，减少下肢深静脉血栓形成患者并发症和后遗症的发生。 |

| Objective: To explore the advantage of the high quality care in a multi-way combination therapy of deep venous thrombosis.
Methods: 69 cases of hospitalized patients from April 2010 to March 2011 in department of vascular surgery were selected as the control group, 72 cases of hospitalized patients from April 2011 to March 2012 in department of vascular surgery were selected as the research group. The control group was given routine care, the research group selected high quality care.
Results: The research group of patients' satisfaction, disease recognition rate, medication compliance rate, follow-up rate were higher than the control group (P<0.05), and relapse rate, the incidence of complications, sequelae were lower than the control group.
Conclusion: Application of high quality care for patients can improve the recognition rate of patients with the disease, medication compliance rate up rate and satisfaction, reduce deep vein thrombosis complications and sequelae. |
