| 为了研究不同手术方案治疗胸腰椎骨折患者的疗效及影响预后相关因素,198例胸腰椎骨折患者分为传统后正中入路组、微创经皮入路组、经椎旁肌间隙入路组。结果显示,与术前相比,三组术后VAS评分、ODI评分、伤椎后凸Cobb角及伤椎前缘高度明显改善；其中经椎旁肌间隙入路组改善程度高于微创经皮入路组和传统后正中入路组,且临床治疗总有效率最高；年龄、病程、手术入路是影响胸腰椎骨折患者预后的独立因素。结果表明,经椎旁肌间隙入路方案在治疗胸腰椎骨折时疗效最佳。 |

| To study the curative effect of different operative schemes on thoracolumbar fracture patients and analyze the related factors influencing the prognosis, 198 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were divided into three groups:the traditional posterior median approach group, the minimally invasive percutaneous approach group and the paravertebral muscular space approach group. The results showed, the compared to before surgery, the VAS score, ODI score, the Cobb angle and the height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebra were significantly improved in the three groups after opetation. Among them, the improvement degree of paravertebral space approach group was higher than that of minimally invasive percutaneous approach group and traditional posterior median approach group, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was the highest. The age, course of disease, surgical approach were independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with thoracolumbar fractures. The treatment of thoracolumbar fracture by the approach of paravertebral space is the best. |
