| 为了分析三阴性乳腺癌切除术后骨转移与血清泌乳素(PRL)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β及骨唾液酸蛋白(BSP)关系,回顾分析三阴性乳腺癌患者的病例。结果显示,术后,发生骨转移患者的血清PRL、IL-1β及BSP水平均显著升高,血清PRL、IL-1β及BSP水平在不同年龄骨转移患者中存在显著差异,且PRL与IL-1β,IL-1β与BSP,PRL与BSP水平间均呈正相关。结果说明,三阴性乳腺癌切除后发生骨转移与年龄因素有关,血清PRL、IL-1β及BSP与三阴性乳腺癌切除后骨转移呈正相关。 |

| To analyze the relationship between bone metastasis and PRL, IL-1β and BSP after three negative breast cancer resection, the clinical data of patients with triple negative breast cancer were retrospective anlyzed. The results showed, there were significant differences in serum PRL, IL-1β and BSP levels than before operation, compared to non-bone metastasis group, the bone metastasis group had a significant correlation between the levels of serum PRL, IL-1β, BSP and the age of patients, and PRL levels were positively correlated with IL-1β levels, and IL-1β levels were positively correlated with BSP levels, and the level of PRL was positively correlated with BSP level. The results indicated the levels of serum PRL, IL-1β and BSP in patients with bone metastasis after triple-negative breast cancer was correlated to age, and there was a good correlation between serum PRL, IL-1β, BSP levels and bone metastasis after triple-negative breast cancer resection. |
