| 分析长沙地区健康成年人维生素D营养状况并探讨其与血尿酸的关系。选取2018年10月至2019年2月健康体检成年人4 379例,收集参加者年龄、性别、血尿酸、25-(OH)D等基线资料,进行组间比较。结果发现,成年人男、女性血清25-(OH)D水平分别为(20.83±0.49) ng/mL与(18.41±4.42) ng/mL,男性的血清25-(OH)D水平明显高于女性(P＜0.05)。女性血尿酸为(284.98±76.32) mmol/L,高尿酸血症348名(15.36%)；男性平均血尿酸为(386.32±80.45) mmol/L,高尿酸血症551名(25.83%)。Pearson相关分析25-(OH)D与血尿酸无相关性(r＝0.054,P＞0.05)。维生素D与高尿酸血症无直接关联,需大样本进一步证实。 |

| To analyze vitamin D nutrition status of healthy adults in Changsha area and its relationship with blood uric acid. A total of 4379 adults undergoing health checkups from October 2018 to February 2019 were selected, and baseline data such as age, gender, blood uric acid, and 25-(OH)D were collected for comparison between groups. The results showed that the serum 25-(OH)D levels of adult males and females were (20.83±0.49) ng/mL and (18.41±4.42) ng/mL. The serum 25-(OH)D levels of males were significantly higher than those of females (P＜0.05 ). The blood uric acid of women was (284.98±76.32) mmol/L, 348 (15.36%) of hyperuricemia; the average blood uric acid of men was (386.32±80.45) mmol/L, and 551 (25.83%) of hyperuricemia. Pearson correlation analysis showed no correlation between 25-(OH)D and serum uric acid (r＝0.054, P＞0.05). The incidence of hyperuricemia in different vitamin D groups was higher and the difference was not statistically significant. Vitamin D is not directly related to hyperuricemia, and large samples are needed for further confirmation. |
