| 肌少症是一种与年龄增长相关的老年综合征,主要特征包括肌肉力量与质量下降以及躯体功能障碍。该疾病可增加跌倒、骨折和残疾风险,延长住院时间,并增加术后并发症发生率。近年来,肌少症在类风湿关节炎(RA)等自身免疫性疾病患者中愈发常见,可能引发机体功能失代偿,降低生活质量,甚至危及生命。因此,系统总结RA相关性肌少症的发病机制与治疗进展,对改善RA临床诊疗具有重要意义。 |

| Sarcopenia is an age-related geriatric syndrome characterized by decreased muscle strength and mass, as well as physical dysfunction. This disease can increase the risk of falls, fractures, and disabilities, prolong hospitalization time, and increase the incidence of postoperative complications. In recent years, sarcopenia has become increasingly common in patients with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis(RA), which may cause functional decompensation, reduce quality of life, and even endanger life. Therefore, summarizing the pathogenesis and treatment progress of RA related sarcopenia is of great significance for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment of RA. |
