| 类风湿关节炎(RA)是常见的自身免疫性疾病之一,其特征是关节慢性滑膜炎。在RA病程中,滑膜转变为增生性侵袭性组织,滑膜内层的滑膜成纤维细胞(FLS)呈现侵袭性表型,产生多种致病介质,驱动疾病发生发展。本文对RA中FLS在炎症反应、骨破坏及软骨破坏、血管新生中的作用机制进行综述,旨在提高临床医生对RA中FLS的认识。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the common autoimmune diseases characterized by chronic synovitis of the joints. During the course of RA, the synovium transforms into a proliferative invasive tissue, and the fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) in the inner layer of the synovium exhibit an invasive phenotype, producing various pathogenic mediators that drive the occurrence and development of the disease. This article reviews the mechanisms of FLS in inflammation, bone and cartilage destruction, and angiogenesis in RA, aiming to enhance clinical understanding of FLS in RA. |
