      目的分析某电器公司工人的血铅水平及其影响因素。 方法收集某电器公司参与职业健康体检的413名工人的血铅水平及相关体检资料。检测有代表性的5个经常暴露铅尘或铅烟车间(正负极制作、铸板、涂板、组装和包装)空气中铅的含量。采用多因素Logistic回归分析工人血铅水平的影响因素。 结果该公司413名工人血铅水平为242.0(159.0,317.0)μg/L,血铅超标率59.32%。5个车间空气中铅含量均存在超标现象,超标率为40%~100%。女性工人血铅水平低于男性(P<0.05);工龄<1年的工人血铅水平低于其他工龄组(P<0.05);行政后勤组工人血铅水平低于除质量检查组外的其他组(P<0.05),铸板组工人的血铅水平高于内化成工艺组和质量检查组(P<0.05)。男性、工龄1~10年、铸板、正负极制作、组装岗位是血铅水平的危险因素(P<0.05)。 结论该公司工人血铅水平、超标率远高于正常人群;男性血铅水平高于女性;随着工龄的增长,血铅水平异常风险越大。男性、工龄1~10年、铸板、正负极制作、组装岗位是血铅水平的影响因素。
英文摘要:
      AimTo analyze the blood lead levels and influencing factors among workers in a certain electrical company. MethodsBlood lead levels and related medical examination data of 413 workers participating in occupational health examinations at a certain electrical company were collected. The lead content in the air of five representative workshops (positive and negative electrode production, casting, coating, assembly, and packaging) with frequent exposure to lead dust or lead smoke were detected. Multiple Logistic regression analysis were adopted to investigate the influencing factors of workers' blood lead levels. ResultsThe blood lead level of 413 workers in the company was 242.0 (159.0,317.0) μ g/L, with a blood lead exceedance rate of 59.32%. The lead content in the air of all 5 workshops exceeded the standard, with a exceedance rate of 40%-100%. Female workers have lower blood lead levels than males (P<0.05); The blood lead level of workers with less than one year of service is lower than that of workers in the other service groups (P<0.05); The blood lead level of the administrative Logistic group workers was lower than that of the other groups except for the quality inspection group (P<0.05), while the blood lead levels of workers in the casting group were higher than those of workers in the internalization process group and quality inspection group (P<0.05); Male, seniority of 1-10 years, casting board, positive and negative electrode production, assembly positions were influencing factors of blood lead levels (P<0.05). ConclusionThe blood lead levels and exceedance rates of the company's workers are much higher than those of the normal population; Male blood lead levels are higher than females; As the length of service increases, the risk of abnormal blood lead levels increases; Male gender, seniority of 1-10 years, casting, positive and negative electrode production, and assembly positions are factors that affect blood lead levels.
