      目的分析人CUB域EGF样信号肽1(SCUBE-1)、miR-141-3p及骨膜蛋白(Periostin)水平与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)眼底病变程度的关系。 方法选择DR患者103例作为DR组,无DR患者44例作为无DR组,另选取健康体检者40例作为对照组。比较3组血清SCUBE-1、miR-141-3p和Periostin水平,采用多因素Logistic回归分析DR发生的影响因素,并比较增殖型与非增殖型DR患者各血清指标水平。 结果DR组与无DR组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c及血清SCUBE-1、Periostin水平均高于对照组,miR-141-3p水平低于对照组(P<0.05);DR组血清SCUBE-1、Periostin水平高于无DR组,miR-141-3p水平低于无DR组(P<0.05)。SCUBE-1和Periostin是DR发生的危险因素,miR-141-3p为其保护因素(P<0.05)。增殖型DR患者血清SCUBE-1、Periostin水平高于非增殖型DR,miR-141-3p水平低于非增殖型DR(P<0.05)。 结论DR患者血清SCUBE-1、Periostin呈高表达,miR-141-3p呈低表达,三者与眼底病变状况密切相关。

      AimTo analyze the association between the levels of human CUB domain epidermal growth factor-like signal peptide 1 (SCUBE-1), miR-141-3p, Periostin, and the severity of fundus lesions in diabetic retinopathy (DR). MethodsA total of 103 DR patients were assigned to the DR group, 44 diabetic patients without DR were assigned to the non-DR group, and 40 healthy individuals were assigned to the control group. Serum levels of SCUBE-1, miR-141-3p, and Periostin were compared among the three groups. Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify factors influencing DR occurrence. Serum indicators were also compared between proliferative and non-proliferative DR patients. ResultsThe levels of FBG, 2hPG, HbA1c, and serum SCUBE-1 and Periostin in both the DR group and the non-DR group were higher than those in the control group, while the level of miR-141-3p was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The DR group had higher serum SCUBE-1 and Periostin levels but lower miR-141-3p levels than the non-DR group (P<0.05). SCUBE-1 and Periostin were risk factors for DR, while miR-141-3p was its protective factor (P<0.05). Proliferative DR patients showed higher SCUBE-1 and Periostin levels and lower miR-141-3p levels than non-proliferative DR patients (P<0.05). ConclusionSerum SCUBE-1 and Periostin are highly expressed, while miR-141-3p is lowly expressed in DR patients, and their levels are closely associated with fundus lesions.
