| 目的探究先天性甲状腺功能减退症(CH)患儿的神经精神发育情况及其与血清甲状腺激素水平的相关性。 方法选取62例CH患儿为观察组,选取同期体检的62例健康儿童为对照组。比较两组基线资料、总发育商(DQ)、血清甲状腺激素水平[游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)]。分析CH患儿DQ与血清甲状腺激素水平的相关性以及神经精神发育的影响因素。 结果观察组早产、母亲甲状腺功能减退、父母学历高中及以下的占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清TSH水平高于对照组,FT3、FT4水平低于对照组(P<0.05),DQ与FT3、FT4水平呈正相关,与TSH呈负相关(P<0.01)。早产、母亲甲状腺功能减退、父母学历情况、FT3、FT4、FSH为CH患儿神经精神发育的影响因素(P<0.05)。 结论CH患儿神经精神发育情况与血清甲状腺激素水平相关,临床可针对性采取措施预防CH患儿神经精神发育不良。 |

| AimTo explore the neuropsychological development status in children with congenital hypothyroidism (CH) and its correlation with serum thyroid hormones levels. MethodsTotally 62 children with CH were selected as observation group, and 62 healthy children receiving physical examination during the same time period were sselected as control group. Baseline data, total development quotient (DQ) and serum thyroid hormones (free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were compared between the two groups. The correlation between DQ and serum thyroid hormones levels in children with CH and the influencing factors of neuropsychological development were analyzed. ResultsThe proportions of premature delivery, maternal hypothyroidism and parental education level of high school and below in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Serum TSH level in observation group was higher while FT3 and FT4 levels were lower compared with control group (P<0.05). DQ was positively correlated with FT3 and FT4 levels, while negatively associated with TSH (P<0.01). Premature delivery, maternal hypothyroidism, parental education level, FT3, FT4 and FSH were the influencing factors of neuropsychological development in children with CH (P<0.05). ConclusionThe neuropsychological development status in children with CH is related to the levels of serum thyroid hormones, and it is necessary to take clinical targeted measures to prevent the poor neuropsychological development in children with CH. |
