| 目的探讨百令胶囊联合达格列净对糖尿病肾病(DKD)患者疗效、血清miR-192、miR-200c及肾功能的影响。 方法选取DKD患者150例,根据治疗方案均分为对照组(达格列净治疗)和观察组(达格列净联合百令胶囊治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h 尿白蛋白(24h UAE)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)]、糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血清微小RNAs指标(miR-192、miR-200c)。 结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组Cr、BUN、24h UAE、UAER、FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、miR-200c降低,GFR、miR-192升高,且观察组较对照组变化更为显著(P＜0.05)。 结论百令胶囊联合达格列净治疗DKD疗效显著,能有效调控血糖、miR-192、miR-200c水平,从而减少尿白蛋白,改善肾功能,促进肾脏恢复。 |

| AimTo investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with dapagliflozin on efficacy, serum miR-192, miR-200c, and renal function in patients with diabetic kidney disease (DKD). MethodsA total of 150 DKD patients were selected and equally divided into a control group (treated with dapagliflozin) and an observation group (treated with dapagliflozin combined with Bailing capsule) according to the treatment regimens. The clinical efficacy, renal function indicators (serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), 24-hour urinary albumin (24h UAE), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), glomerular filtration rate (GFR), glucose metabolism indicators (fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and serum microRNA indicators (miR-192, miR-200c) were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with the levels before treatment, the levels of Cr, BUN, 24h UAE, UAER, FBG, 2hPG, HbA1c, and miR-200c decreased in both groups after treatment, while GFR and miR-192 levels increased; these changes were more significant in the observation group compared to the control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionBailing capsule combined with dapagliflozin shows significant therapeutic efficacy in treating DKD. It can effectively regulate blood glucose, miR-192, and miR-200c levels, thereby reducing urinary albumin, improving renal function, and promoting kidney recovery. |
