      目的观察蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液联合维生素A滴剂对营养性缺铁性贫血儿童的血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白和血清铁的影响。 方法将本院门诊收治的120例营养性缺铁性贫血儿童随机均分为蛋白琥珀酸铁组和联合维生素A组。比较两组患儿治疗前后血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白、血清铁水平以及两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。 结果治疗后,两组血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白、血清铁水平升高(P<0.05),且联合维生素A组高于蛋白琥珀酸铁组(P<0.05)。联合维生素A组显效率和总有效率高于蛋白琥珀酸铁组(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液联合维生素A滴剂能显著升高营养性缺铁性贫血儿童血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白和血清铁水平,且安全性良好。
英文摘要:
      AimTo observe the effects of iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution combined with vitamin A drops on serum ferritin, hemoglobin, and serum iron in children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia. MethodsA total of 120 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia admitted to our outpatient department were randomly divided into the protein succinate iron group and the combined vitamin A group. The serum ferritin, hemoglobin, and serum iron levels before and after treatment, as well as the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children were compared. ResultsAfter treatment, serum ferritin, hemoglobin, and serum iron levels were increased in both groups (P<0.05), while the combined vitamin A group was higher than the protein succinate iron group (P<0.05). The significant and total effective rates of the combined vitamin A group were higher than those of the protein iron succinate group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children (P>0.05). ConclusionIron proteinsuccinylate oral solution combined with vitamin A drops can significantly increase serum ferritin, hemoglobin, and serum iron levels in children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia, and this treatment has good safety.
