      目的观察微种植钉辅助微骨穿孔术对下颌第二磨牙近中移动的影响。 方法将10例(13个缺牙区)下颌第一磨牙缺失患者随机分为微骨穿孔组(7个缺牙区,行微骨穿孔术)和对照组(6个缺牙区,常规正畸治疗)。比较两组下颌第二磨牙平均移动速度、近中移动距离、轴倾度变化以及牙根吸收量。 结果两组下颌第二磨牙平均移动速度比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。微骨穿孔组下颌第二磨牙近中移动距离大于对照组(P<0.05),远中根牙根吸收量小于对照组(P<0.05)。微骨穿孔组下颌第二磨牙轴倾度变化值、近中根牙根吸收量均大于对照组,但两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论微种植钉辅助微骨穿孔术可有效促进下颌第二磨牙近中移动,减少远中牙根吸收且不引起牙齿近中倾斜。

      AimTo observe the effects of microscrew-assisted micro-osteoperforation on the mesial movement of mandibular second molar. MethodsA total of 10 patients (13 edentulous spaces) with missing mandibular first molars were randomly divided into a micro-osteoperforation group (7 edentulous spaces, receiving micro-osteoperforation) and a control group (6 edentulous spaces, receiving conventional orthodontic treatment). The average movement speed, mesial movement distance, axial inclination changes, and root resorption of the mandibular second molars were compared between the two groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the average movement speed of the mandibular second molars between the two groups (P>0.05). The mesial movement distance of the mandibular second molars in the micro-osteoperforation group was larger than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the amount of root resorption in the distal roots was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Although the changes in axial inclination and the amount of mesial root resorption in the micro-osteoperforation group were greater than those in the control group, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). ConclusionMicroscrew-assisted micro-osteoperforation can effectively promote the mesial movement of mandibular second molars, reduce distal root resorption, and does not induce mesial inclination of the teeth.
