目的探讨血清尿酸/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(URH)、内源性血管生成抑制蛋白-1(VASH-1)、自噬相关蛋白7(ATG7)水平与2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者病情程度及肾功能指标的相关性。 方法选取150例2型DN患者,根据估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)将患者分为轻度组(39例)、中度组(67例)、重度组(44例)。对比3组患者的URH、VASH-1、ATG7表达水平及肾功能相关指标、血糖血脂指标,并分析URH、VASH-1、ATG7与DN患者肾功能指标的相关性。 结果重度组和中度组的URH、VASH-1值高于轻度组,ATG7低于轻度组(P<0.05);重度组的URH、VASH-1值高于中度组,ATG7低于中度组(P<0.05)。重度组和中度组的ALB低于轻度组(P<0.05);重度组的ALB低于中度组(P<0.05)。重度组和中度组的BUN、Scr、UACR高于轻度组(P<0.05);重度组的BUN、Scr、UACR高于中度组(P<0.05)。DN患者的URH、VASH-1与BUN、Scr、UACR均呈正相关(P<0.05);DN患者的ATG7与BUN、Scr、UACR呈负相关(P<0.05)。DN患者的eGFR=688.91-2.09×URH-1.66×VASH-1+78.17×ATG7,URH、VASH-1、ATG7与DN患者的eGFR变化密切相关。 结论随着DN患者肾功能损伤程度加重,其血清URH、VASH-1升高,ATG7降低;且DN患者肾功能与URH、VASH-1呈正相关,与ATG7呈负相关。 |

AimTo investigate the correlation between serum uric acid/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (URH), vasohibin-1 (VASH-1), and autophagy-related protein 7 (ATG7) levels with disease severity and renal function indicators in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN). MethodsA total of 150 type 2 DN patients were selected and divided into mild (n=39), moderate (n=67), and severe (n=44) groups based on estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). The levels of URH, VASH-1, ATG7, and renal function indicators, as well as blood glucose and lipid levels, were compared among the three groups. Linear correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between URH, VASH-1, ATG7, and renal function indicators in DN patients. ResultsThe URH and VASH-1 levels in the severe and moderate groups were higher than those in the mild group, while ATG7 levels were lower (P<0.05). The URH and VASH-1 levels in the severe group were higher than those in the moderate group, while ATG7 levels were lower (P<0.05). The ALB levels in the severe and moderate groups were lower than those in the mild group; the ALB levels in the severe group were lower than those in the moderate group (P<0.05). The BUN, Scr, and UACR levels in the severe and moderate groups were higher than those in the mild group (P<0.05); the BUN, Scr, and UACR levels in the severe group were higher than those in the moderate group (P<0.05). URH, VASH-1 was positively correlated with BUN, Scr, whereas UACR (P<0.05); ATG7 was negatively correlated with BUN, Scr, and UACR (P<0.05). The eGFR of DN patients was calculated as 688.91-2.09×URH-1.66×VASH-1+78.17×ATG7, indicating a close relationship between URH, VASH-1, ATG7, and eGFR changes in DN patients. ConclusionAs the severity of renal function impairment in DN patients increases, serum URH and VASH-1 levels rise, while ATG7 levels decrease. Renal function in DN patients is positively correlated with URH and VASH-1, while negatively correlated with ATG7. |
