目的探讨聚乳酸微针治疗对黄褐斑患者黄褐斑皮损面积及严重程度评分(MASI)、皮肤生理功能及CBS云镜检查结果的影响。 方法选择94例女性黄褐斑患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用0.1 mL的2.9%氨甲环酸精华液涂抹黄褐斑处,观察组先用聚乳酸微针预处理黄褐斑区域后再以0.1 mL的2.9%氨甲环酸精华液涂抹,均连续治疗8周。比较两组MASI评分、皮肤生理功能、CBS云镜检查结果及患者满意度。 结果治疗后两组MASI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组角质层含水量高于对照组,经皮水分流失值和黑色素含量低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组褐色区域低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论采用聚乳酸微针治疗黄褐斑患者疗效更佳,可有效去除色斑,降低皮肤黑色素水平,改善患者肤质,并可提高患者满意度。 |

AimTo investigate the effect of polylactic acid microneedles on the melasma area severity index (MASI), skin physiological function, and CBS cloud mirror examination results in patients with melasma. MethodsNinety-four female patients with melasma were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was treated with 0.1 mL of 2.9% tranexamic acid essence applied to the melasma area, while the observation group was pretreated with polylactic acid microneedles followed by applying 0.1 mL of 2.9% tranexamic acid essence. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The MASI score, skin physiological function, CBS cloud mirror examination results, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the MASI scores of both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The stratum corneum hydration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the transepidermal water loss and melanin content were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The brown area in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionPolylactic acid microneedle treatment is more effective in treating melasma, effectively removing pigmentation, reducing skin melanin levels, improving skin texture, and increasing patient satisfaction. |
