目的分析探讨色素框同源蛋白4(CBX4)和CBX8在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理、预后的关系。方法选取女性乳腺癌患者122例,根据CBX4、CBX8表达水平分为高表达组和低表达组;根据预后分为生存组和死亡组。检测患者乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中CBX4和CBX8表达水平,分析上述蛋白表达与临床病理特征关系。分析影响乳腺癌患者预后的因素,建立预测模型,采用ROC曲线评估模型对预后的预测效能。 结果乳腺癌组织CBX4和CBX8高表达占比高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。不同CBX4和CBX8表达水平、不同预后患者淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度和T分期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBX4和CBX8低表达组总生存率、中位生存时间、无进展生存率、中位无进展生存时间高于高表达组(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度和T分期均是预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。预测模型P=1/(1+e-4.808+1.448×淋巴结转移+1.486×肿瘤分化程度+1.631×T分期)拟合度较好,对乳腺癌患者预后的预测具有较高准确性(P<0.05)。 结论CBX4和CBX8蛋白在乳腺癌组织中异常高表达,且其表达水平与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度、T分期及预后有关。 |

AimTo analyze the expression of chromobox homolog 4 (CBX4) and CBX8 in breast cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis. MethodsA total of 122 female breast cancer patients were enrolled and divided into high-expression and low-expression groups based on CBX4 and CBX8 levels, as well as survival and death groups according to prognosis. The expression levels of CBX4 and CBX8 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected. The relationship between protein expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Prognostic factors were identified, a prediction model was established, and ROC curve was used to evaluate the predictive efficacy of the model. ResultsThe proportion of high CBX4 and CBX8 expression was significantly higher in breast cancer tissues than in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). Significant differences were observed in lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation degree, and T stage among patients with different CBX4/CBX8 expression levels and different prognoses (P<0.05). The low-expression groups showed significantly higher overall survival rate, median survival time, progression-free survival rate, and median progression-free survival time than the high-expression groups (P<0.05).Lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation degree, and T stage were independent prognostic factors (P<0.05). The prediction model P=1/(1+e-4.808+1.448×lymph node metastasis+1.486×tumor differentiation degree+1.631×T stage) demonstrated good fit and high accuracy in predicting breast cancer prognosis (P<0.05). ConclusionCBX4 and CBX8 proteins are abnormally highly expressed in breast cancer tissues, and their expression levels are associated with lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation degree, T stage, and prognosis. |
