      目的探讨哮喘患者呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)及C反应蛋白(CRP)与哮喘症状控制的关系。 方法分析144例哮喘患者的临床资料,根据哮喘控制测试结果分为完全控制组(n=24)、部分控制组(n=52)与未控制组(n=68)。比较各组FeNO、EOS及CRP水平。分析FeNO与EOS、CRP的相关性以及哮喘症状控制的影响因素。 结果完全控制组近2月呼吸道感染占比低于未控制组和部分控制组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后各组FeNO、EOS及CRP水平均降低,且完全控制组低于未控制组和部分控制组(P<0.05)。哮喘患者FeNO与EOS、CRP呈正相关(P均<0.001)。近2月呼吸道感染、FeNO、EOS、CRP是影响哮喘症状控制的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。 结论哮喘患者FeNO、EOS、CRP可反映哮喘症状控制水平,是哮喘症状控制的独立危险因素。

      AimTo explore the relationship between exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO), eosinophils (EOS) and C reactive protein (CRP) and asthma symptom control in patients. MethodsThe clinical data of 144 asthma patients were analyzed and divided into complete control group (n=24), partial control group (n=52) and uncontrolled group (n=68), according to the asthma control test results. FeNO, EOS and CRP levels in each group were compared. The correlation between FeNO, EOS and CRP and the influencing factors of asthma symptom control was analyzed. ResultsThe proportion of respiratory tract infections in the complete control group in the past two months was lower than that of the uncontrolled group and the partial control group (P<0.05). Compared with the levels before treatment, FeNO, EOS and CRP levels in each group were reduced after treatment, and the complete control group was lower than the uncontrolled group and partial control group (P<0.05). FeNO in asthma patients was positively correlated with EOS and CRP (all P<0.001). Respiratory tract infection, FeNO, EOS, and CRP in the past 2 months were independent risk factors affecting asthma symptom control (all P<0.05). ConclusionFeNO, EOS, and CRP in asthma patients can reflect the level of asthma symptom control, and are independent risk factors for asthma symptom control.
