| 目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉炎合并喉梗阻的临床疗效。 方法选取急性喉炎合并喉梗阻患儿80例,随机均分为对照组(地塞米松静脉注射治疗)和观察组(氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德联合地塞米松静脉注射治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子、免疫指标及安全性。 结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组临床症状评分、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血清淀粉样蛋白A、淀粉酶、CD8＋均降低,CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋升高；且观察组改善幅度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉炎合并喉梗阻疗效确切,可有效改善炎症水平及免疫功能,安全性良好。 |

| AimTo explore the clinical efficacy of oxygen-driven nebulized budesonide in the treatment of pediatric acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction. MethodsA total of 80 children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction were selected and randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, treated with intravenous dexamethasone) and an observation group (40 cases, treated with oxygen-driven nebulized budesonide combined with intravenous dexamethasone). The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors, immune indicators, and safety were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Compared with the levels before treatment, the clinical symptom scores, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α, serum amyloid A, amylase and CD8＋ levels decreased, while CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratios increased in both groups after treatment. Moreover, the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionOxygen-driven nebulized budesonide is effective in treating pediatric acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction, which can significantly improve inflammatory levels and immune function with good safety. |
