      目的探讨盆底肌生物反馈(PFMB)联合间歇性导尿(IC)治疗卒中后尿潴留的疗效。 方法选取80例卒中后尿潴留患者,随机分为观察组(IC治疗+PFMB治疗)和对照组(IC治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、尿动力学指标(平均尿流率、最大尿流率、膀胱最大容量)、不同阶段生物反馈肌电值(静息阶段、快速收缩阶段、耐力收缩阶段)、生活质量及尿路感染发生率。 结果观察组尿潴留治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组平均尿流率、最大尿流率、膀胱最大容量、生物反馈肌电值及生活质量评分均较治疗前显著提高,且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。观察组尿路感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论PFMB联合IC治疗卒中后尿潴留疗效显著,可改善尿动力学指标、盆底生物反馈肌电值及生活质量。

      AimTo investigate the efficacy of pelvic floor muscle biofeedback (PFMB) combined with intermittent catheterization (IC) in treating post-stroke urinary retention. MethodsEighty patients with post-stroke urinary retention were randomly divided into an observation group (IC treatment + PFMB treatment) and a control group (IC treatment). Clinical efficacy, urodynamic parameters (average flow rate, maximum flow rate, and maximum bladder capacity), biofeedback electromyography values (resting phase, rapid contraction phase, and endurance contraction phase), quality of life, and incidence of urinary tract infections were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups showed significant improvements in average flow rate, maximum flow rate, maximum bladder capacity, biofeedback electromyography values, and quality of life scores, with greater improvements in the observation group (P<0.05). The incidence of urinary tract infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionPFMB combined with IC is effective in treating post-stroke urinary retention, as well as improving urodynamic parameters, biofeedback electromyography values, and quality of life.
