      目的分析卵巢早衰的经阴道超声血流动力学参数与血液性激素指标的相关性。 方法选取本院治疗的卵巢早衰患者96例为早衰组,同时选取本院体检的健康妇女100例为对照组。比较两组以及早衰组不同卵巢早衰严重程度患者经阴道超声血流动力学参数[卵巢体积、卵泡数、卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)]和血液性激素指标[黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和促卵泡生成素(FSH)]水平。采用Pearson相关性分析早衰组经阴道超声血流动力学参数与血液性激素指标的相关性,采用Spearman秩相关分析早衰组经阴道超声血流动力学参数、血液性激素指标与卵巢早衰严重程度的相关性。 结果早衰组卵巢体积、卵泡数、卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、PSV、EDV和E2低于对照组(P<0.05),RI、PI、LH、FSH高于对照组(P<0.05)。早衰组患者卵巢体积、卵泡数、卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、PSV、EDV和E2随着早衰严重程度的加重而逐渐降低(P<0.05),RI、PI、LH、FSH随着早衰严重程度的加重而逐渐升高(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,LH、FSH均与PSV、EDV呈负相关(P<0.05),均与RI、PI呈正相关(P<0.05);E2与PSV、EDV呈正相关(P<0.05),与RI、PI呈负相关(P<0.05)。卵巢体积、卵泡数、卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、PSV、EDV、E2与早衰严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05),RI、PI、LH、FSH与早衰严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论卵巢早衰患者血液性激素指标与经阴道超声血流动力学参数PSV、EDV、RI、PI存在相关性。

      AimTo analyze the correlation between transvaginal ultrasound hemodynamic parameters and blood hormone indicators in premature ovarian failure. Methods96 patients with premature ovarian failure treated in our hospital were selected as the premature aging group, and 100 healthy women who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. The transvaginal ultrasound hemodynamic parameters [ovarian volume, follicle number, follicle size, endometrial thickness, uterine volume, peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI)] and blood hormone indicators [luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)] levels between two groups and patients with different degrees of ovarian premature aging were compared. Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ultrasound hemodynamic parameters and blood hormone indicators in the premature aging group, and Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ultrasound hemodynamic parameters, blood hormone indicators, and the severity of ovarian premature aging in the premature aging group. ResultsThe ovarian volume, follicle number, follicle size, endometrial thickness, uterine volume, PSV, EDV, and E2 in the premature aging group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while RI, PI, LH, and FSH were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ovarian volume, follicle number, follicle size, endometrial thickness, uterine volume, PSV, EDV, and E2 of patients with premature aging gradually were decreased with the severity of premature aging (P<0.05), while RI, PI, LH, and FSH gradually were increased with the severity of premature aging (P<0.05). The correlation analysis results showed that LH and FSH were negatively correlated with PSV and EDV (P<0.05), but positively correlated with RI and PI (P<0.05); E2 was positively correlated with PSV and EDV (P<0.05), but negatively correlated with RI and PI (P<0.05). Ovarian volume, follicle number, follicle size, endometrial thickness, uterine volume, PSV, EDV, E2 were negatively correlated with the severity of premature aging (P<0.05), while RI, PI, LH, FSH were positively correlated with the severity of premature aging (P<0.05). ConclusionThere is a correlation between blood sex hormone indicators and ultrasound hemodynamic parameters PSV, EDV, RI, and PI in patients with premature ovarian failure.
