目的探讨环状RNA卷曲螺旋结构域蛋白66(circ-CCDC66)联合癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)在结直肠癌(CRC)诊断中的应用及其与临床病理特征的关系。 方法选择CRC患者50例(CRC组)、肠息肉患者50例(肠息肉组)及同期体检健康者50例(对照组),比较各组circ-CCDC66、CEA、CA19-9水平,分析各指标对CRC的诊断效能。CRC组按circ-CCDC66水平分为低表达组和高表达组,比较两组临床病理特征。 结果CRC组circ-CCDC66、CEA、CA19-9水平高于肠息肉组和对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,circ-CCDC66、CEA、CA19-9对CRC均具有良好的诊断效能,且联合诊断效能高于单独诊断(P<0.05)。高表达组肿瘤大小≥5 cm、淋巴结转移、临床分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、神经侵犯的CRC患者占比高于低表达组(P<0.05)。 结论circ-CCDC66、CEA、CA19-9联合诊断CRC效能高,且circ-CCDC66水平与CRC临床病理特征密切相关。 |

AimTo investigate the application of circular RNA coiled-coil domain-containing protein 66 (circ-CCDC66) combined with carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer (CRC), as well as its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. MethodsA total of 50 CRC patients (CRC group), 50 intestinal polyp patients (polyp group), and 50 healthy controls (control group), were selected. The levels of circ-CCDC66, CEA, and CA19-9 were compared among the groups, and the diagnostic efficacy of each indicator for CRC was analyzed. The CRC group was divided into low-expression and high-expression subgroups based on circ-CCDC66 levels, and the clinicopathological characteristics of the two subgroups were compared. ResultsThe levels of circ-CCDC66, CEA, and CA19-9 in the CRC group were higher than those in the polyp group and the control group (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that circ-CCDC66, CEA, and CA19-9 had good diagnostic efficacy for CRC, and the combined diagnostic efficacy was higher than that of individual indicators (P<0.05). The high-expression subgroup had a higher proportion of CRC patients with tumor size ≥5 cm, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ, and neural invasion compared to the low-expression subgroup (P<0.05). ConclusionThe combination of circ-CCDC66, CEA, and CA19-9 has high diagnostic efficacy for CRC, and the level of circ-CCDC66 is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of CRC. |
