目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类患者牙颌面硬组织结构对Spee曲线深度的影响。 方法选择成人安氏Ⅱ类患者111例,根据Spee曲线深度分为≤2 mm组、2~3 mm组和>3 mm组,每组37例。比较各组牙颌面硬组织结构参数,分析其与Spee曲线深度的相关性以及对Spee曲线深度的影响因素。 结果与>3 mm组比较,≤2 mm组ODI、L6-MP角降低,APDI、SNB角升高;与2~3 mm组和>3 mm组比较,≤2 mm组ANB角、L7-MP角和Spee曲线深度降低,L1-MP角升高;2~3 mm组Spee曲线深度低于>3 mm组(P<0.05)。ODI、ANB角、L6-MP角、L7-MP角与Spee曲线深度呈正相关,APDI、SNB角、L1-MP角与Spee曲线深度呈负相关(P<0.05)。ODI、ANB角、L6-MP角、L7-MP角、APDI、SNB角、L1-MP角均为Spee曲线深度的影响因素,其中SNB角的影响最为显著,其次为ANB角(P<0.05)。 结论安氏Ⅱ类患者牙颌面硬组织结构与Spee曲线深度密切相关,其中SNB角和ANB角对Spee曲线深度的影响较为显著。 |

AimTo investigate the influence of dentofacial hard tissue structure on Spee curve depth in class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion patients. MethodsA total of 111 adult patients with class Ⅱ malocclusion were divided into three groups according to Spee curve depth, namely ≤2 mm group, 2~3 mm group, and>3 mm group, with 37 cases in each group. The parameters of dentofacial hard tissue structure among groups were compared, their correlation with Spee curve depth was analyzed, and the influencing factors of Spee curve depth was investigated. ResultsCompared with the>3 mm group, the ODI and L6-MP angle were lower, while the APDI and SNB angle were higher in the ≤2 mm group. Compared with the 2~3 mm and>3 mm groups, the ANB angle, L7-MP angle and Spee curve depth were lower, while the L1-MP angle was higher in the ≤2 mm group. The Spee curve depth in the 2~3 mm group was lower than that in the>3 mm group (P<0.05). ODI, ANB angle, L6-MP angle, and L7-MP angle were positively correlated with Spee curve depth, while APDI, SNB angle, and L1-MP angle were negatively correlated with Spee curve depth (P<0.05). ODI, ANB angle, L6-MP angle, L7-MP angle, APDI, SNB angle, and L1-MP angle were all influencing factors of Spee curve depth, among which SNB angle, followed by ANB angle (P<0.05), were the most significant influencing factors. ConclusionThe dentofacial hard tissue structure is closely related to the Spee curve depth in class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion patients, with SNB angle and ANB angle as significant influencing factors. |
