| ]胶质瘤具有复杂的免疫逃逸机制,使得免疫治疗的进展受限。溶瘤病毒治疗具有肿瘤特异性的溶瘤效应、免疫激活作用以及长期免疫保护功能。溶瘤病毒选择性破坏肿瘤细胞的同时激发免疫系统的反应,为胶质瘤的治疗提供了新的途径。本综述从胶质瘤的免疫逃逸机制、溶瘤病毒的免疫刺激效应、溶瘤病毒联合免疫治疗、以及溶瘤病毒生物标志物预测和治疗策略个体化等方面进行论述。 |

| Gliomas have complex immune escape mechanisms, which limit the progress of immunotherapy. Oncolytic virus therapy exhibits tumor specific oncolytic effects, immune activation, and long-term immune protection. Oncolytic virus selectively destroys tumor cells while stimulates immune system responses, providing a new approach for the treatment of glioma. This review discusses the immune escape mechanisms, oncolytic virus immune stimulation effects on gliomas, oncolytic virus combined immunotherapy, as well as oncolytic virus biomarker prediction and personalized treatment strategies. |
