      目的分析白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-10基因多态性与乳腺癌患者住院期间医院感染的关系。 方法回顾性选取行化疗的乳腺癌患者80例,根据住院期间医院感染情况分为感染组(n=38)和未感染组(n=42)。比较两组临床资料、IL-8和IL-10基因多态性,分析乳腺癌患者住院期间医院感染的影响因素。 结果两组年龄、体质指数(BMI)、住院时间、是否接受手术治疗、抗生素使用种类、白细胞计数等因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染组IL-8-251和IL-10-1082的AA基因型分布、A等位基因频率高于未感染组(P<0.05)。IL-8-251与IL-10-1082存在交互作用(P<0.05)。住院时间、接受手术治疗、抗生素使用种类、IL-8-251携带AA基因型、IL-10-1082携带AA基因型均为乳腺癌住院患者发生医院感染的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。 结论乳腺癌患者IL-8-251位点、IL-10-1082位点携带AA基因型与住院期间院内感染相关。

      AimThe purpose of this study was to analyze the association between interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene polymorphisms and nosocomial infection in breast cancer patients during hospitalization. MethodsA retrospective study was conducted among 80 breast cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy in the hospital from October 2020 to October 2023.According to the presence or absence of nosocomial infection during hospitalization, the patients were divided into infected group (n=38) and uninfected group (n=42). Their clinical data were statistically analyzed, and single nucleotide polymorphisms of IL-8 and IL-10 genes were detected. The influencing factors of nosocomial infection during hospitalization were analyzed. ResultsThere were statistically significant differences in ages, body mass index (BMI), length of hospitalization stay, whether to receive surgical treatment, types of antibiotics used and WBC between the two groups (P<0.05). IL-8-251 and IL-10-1082 AA genotypic distribution and A allele frequency were significantly higher in infection group compared with uninfected group (P<0.05). Multiplicative model showed interactions for IL-8-251 and IL-10-1082 (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that length of hospital stay ≥ 30 d, surgical treatment, and antibiotics used more than 1 kind, carrying AA gene of IL-8-251 and AA gene of IL-10-1082 were independent influencing factors of nosocomial infection in breast cancer patients during hospitalization (P<0.05). ConclusionAA genotype of IL-8-251 and AA genotype of IL-10-1082 are related to nosocomial infection in breast cancer patients during hospitalization.
