| 目的分析改良牙冠延长术对上前牙龈体缺损美学效果、牙周健康和咀嚼功能的影响。 方法选取上前牙龈体缺损患者80例,随机均分为对照组(常规牙冠延长术)和观察组(改良牙冠延长术)。比较两组修复效果、美学效果、咀嚼功能、牙周健康及并发症情况。 结果两组总有效率和并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。与术前比较,两组术后牙周袋探诊深度、牙齿松动度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数降低,术后咬合力、咀嚼效率、红色美学指数评分、白色美学指数评分升高,且观察组较对照组更明显(P＜0.05)。 结论上前牙龈体缺损患者应用改良牙冠延长术治疗,可提高美学效果,改善咀嚼功能,有利于牙周健康改善。 |

| AimTo analyze the impact of improved crown lengthening surgery on the aesthetic effect, periodontal health, and chewing function of anterior gingival defect. Methods80 patients with anterior gingival defects were selected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional crown lengthening surgery) and an observation group (modified crown lengthening surgery).The restoration effect, aesthetic effect, chewing function, periodontal health, and complications between two groups were compared. ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate and incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05). Compared with the results before operation, pocket probing depth, tooth mobility, sulcus bleeding index, plaque index decreased in both groups after surgery, while bite force, chewing efficiency, pink esthstic score, white esthetic score increased after surgery, and the observation group was more significant than the control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe application of modified crown lengthening surgery for patients with anterior gingival defects can improve aesthetic effects, enhance chewing function, and contribute to the improvement of periodontal health. |
