目的观察尼可地尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对内皮功能、炎症反应的影响。 方法选取110例稳定型心绞痛患者,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给与单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组给与尼可地尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗。比较两组心绞痛发作情况、内皮功能损伤指标、冠状动脉微循环、炎症指标水平、心脏超声参数及不良反应。 结果治疗后两组心绞痛发作次数、单次发作时间、硝酸甘油用量及炎症指标下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);心脏超声参数水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);内皮功能和冠状动脉微循环均有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论尼可地尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗稳定型心绞痛可减轻内皮功能损伤和炎症反应,改善冠状动脉微循环,缓解心绞痛。 |

AimTo observe the efficacy of nicorandil combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of stable angina pectoris and its effects on endothelial function and inflammatory response. Methods110 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. Both groups were treated with lipid-regulating, antiplatelet and β-receptor blocker. The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate, and the observation group was treated with nicorandil combined with isosorbide mononitrate. The differences of angina pectoris attack, endothelial function injury index, coronary microcirculation index and inflammation degree index were compared between the two groups, and adverse reactions were analyzed. ResultsAfter treatment, the number of angina attacks, duration of each attack, dosage of nitroglycerin, and degree of inflammation indicators were decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); The level of cardiac ultrasound parameters were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); Both endothelial function and coronary microcirculation were improved, and the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionThe combination of nicorandil and isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of stable angina can reduce endothelial dysfunction, inflammation, improve coronary microcirculation, and alleviate angina. |
