目的探讨脑电生物反馈联合利培酮对老年精神分裂症患者疗效及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、人血管生成素受体酪氨酸激酶-2(Tie-2)的影响。 方法选取老年精神分裂症患者80例,随机均分为对照组(利培酮)、观察组(脑电生物反馈联合利培酮)。比较两组临床疗效、脑电波指标、Hcy、BDNF、Tie-2水平、社会功能及精神状况改善情况。 结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组SMR波、β波、SSFPI评分、BDNF、Tie-2水平升高,θ波、BPRS评分、Hcy水平降低;且治疗后观察组变化较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。 结论老年精神分裂症采用脑电生物反馈联合利培酮治疗疗效良好,可有效调节脑电波,改善社会功能及精神状况,并调控Hcy、BDNF、Tie-2水平。 |

AimTo explore the effect of EEG biofeedback combined with risperidone on the efficacy and serum homocysteine (Hcy), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and human angiopoietin receptor tyrosine kinase-2 (Tie-2) levels in elderly patients with schizophrenia. MethodsEighty elderly patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into a control group (risperidone) and an observation group (EEG biofeedback combined with risperidone). The clinical efficacy, EEG indicators, Hcy, BDNF, Tie-2 levels, social function, and improvement of mental status were compared between two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the levels before treatment, after treatment, the levels of SMR wave, β wave, SSFPI score, BDNF, and Tie-2 increased in both groups, while the levels of θ wave, BPRS score, and Hcy decreased; And the changes in the observation group after treatment were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe treatment of elderly schizophrenia with EEG biofeedback combined with risperidone has shown good efficacy, which could effectively regulate EEG waves, improve social function and mental status, and modulate Hcy, BDNF, and Tie-2 levels. |
