| 目的比较仿生愈合基台与传统愈合基台在后牙区种植修复中的临床应用效果。 方法选取后牙区种植修复患者98例,随机均分为对照组(成品基台)和观察组(仿生愈合基台)。比较两组Jemt牙龈乳头指数评分(PIS)、嵌塞情况、种植效果满意度、美学指数。 结果两组修复后即刻、1个月、3个月均未见PIS 3级。修复后1个月观察组PIS 2级、3级占比高于对照组,修复后3个月观察组PIS 3级占比高于对照组(P＜0.05)。随时间延长,两组食物嵌塞占比均逐渐降低,PES评分和满意度均逐渐增高,且同时间观察组较对照组变化更显著(P＜0.05)。 结论仿生愈合基台更能有效提高后牙区种植修复的临床效果。 |

| AimTo compare the clinical application effects of biomimetic healing abutments and traditional healing abutments in posterior dental implant restoration. Methods98 patients with posterior tooth implant restoration were selected and randomly divided into a control group (finished abutment) and an observation group (biomimetic healing abutment). Jemt gingival papilla index score (PIS), impaction status, implant satisfaction, and aesthetic index in these two groups were compared. ResultsNo PIS4 grade was observed in both groups immediately, 1 month, and 3 months after implantation. The proportion of PIS grade 2 and 3 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group one month after repair, and the proportion of PIS grade 3 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group three months after repair (P＜0.05). As time went on, the proportion of food impaction in both groups gradually decreased, while PES scores and satisfaction gradually increased； Moreover, the observation group showed more significant changes than the control group at the same time (P＜0.05). ConclusionBiomimetic healing abutments are more effective in improving the clinical outcomes of posterior dental implant restoration. |
