目的分析心肌梗死(MI)患者血清分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP5)、S100钙结合蛋白A4(S100A4)表达与心肌损伤和左心室重构的关系。 方法选择心肌梗死患者(MI组)、健康体检者(对照组)各80例。比较两组左心室重构指标[左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、血清SFRP5、S100A4、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平。 结果MI组LVESV、LVEDV、LVEDD高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组(P<0.05)。MI组Lp-PLA2、NT-proBNP、SFRP5和S100A4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。SFRP5、S100A4与LVESV、LVEDV、LVEDD、Lp-PLA2、NT-proBNP呈正相关,与LVEF呈负相关(P<0.05)。 结论心肌梗死患者血清SFRP5和S100A4异常表达,且与心肌损伤和左心室重构关系密切。 |

AimTo analyze the relationship between serum secreted frizzled related protein 5 (SFRP5), S100 calbindin A4 (S100A4) expression and myocardial injury and left ventricular remodeling in patients with myocardial infarction (MI). MethodsA total of 80 patients with myocardial infarction (MI group) and 80 healthy subjects (control group) were selected. Left ventricular remodeling parameters (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), serum SFRP5, S100A4, lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2), and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe LVESV, LVEDV, and LVEDD of the MI group were higher than those of the control group, while the LVEF was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of Lp-PLA2, NT proBNP, SFRP5, and S100A4 in the MI group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). SFRP5 and S100A4 were significantly positively correlated with LVESV, LVEDV, LVEDD, Lp-PLA2 and NT-proBNP, and negatively correlated with LVEF (P<0.05). ConclusionThe abnormal expression of serum SFRP5 and S100A4 in patients with myocardial infarction is closely related to myocardial injury and left ventricular remodeling. |
