目的观察曲马多联合普瑞巴林对带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)疗效及血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)、神经激肽-1(NK-1)的影响。 方法选取PHN患者100例,随机均分为对照组(普瑞巴林)和观察组(曲马多联合普瑞巴林)。比较两组疗效、疼痛、睡眠、生活质量、不良反应情况,以及血清β-EP、NK-1、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β水平。 结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组视觉模拟评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、IL-1β、IL-6、NK-1水平降低,皮肤病学生活质量量表评分、β-EP水平升高,且治疗后观察组较对照组变化更为显著(P<0.05)。 结论曲马多联合普瑞巴林治疗PHN疗效佳,可改善血清β-EP、NK-1水平,值得临床推广。 |

AimTo observe the therapeutic effects of tramadol combined with pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) and the influence of treatment on serum β-endorphin (β-EP) and neurokinin-1 (NK-1). Methods100 patients with PHN were selected and randomly divided into a control group (pregabalin) and an observation group (tramadol combined with pregabalin).The efficacy, pain, sleep, quality of life, adverse reactions, as well as serum levels of β-EP, NK-1, interleukin (IL)-6, and IL-1β between two groups were compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two treatment groups (P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, the visual analog score, Pittsburgh sleep quality index score, IL-1β, IL-6, and NK-1 levels decreased in both groups after treatment, while the dermatology quality of life scales and β-EP levels increased, moreover, the changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). ConclusionThe combination of tramadol and pregabalin has a good therapeutic effect on PHN to improve β-EP and NK-1 levels, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
