目的分析蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗儿童缺铁性贫血(IDA)的疗效。 方法选取200例IDA儿童作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给与硫酸亚铁治疗,观察组给与蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗,连续治疗7周,比较其临床疗效、铁代谢指标[血清铁蛋白(SF)、铁含量(SI)、转铁蛋白(TRF)]、红细胞参数[血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)]及不良反应和复发率。 结果治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清SF、SI、Hb、MCV、MCH均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组TRF含量下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组随访期间复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗IDA疗效优于硫酸亚铁,可快速改善其铁代谢指标与红细胞参数,且不良反应少。 |

AimTo analyze the curative effect of iron protein succinate oral solution in the treatment of children with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Methods200 children with IDA were selected as the research subjects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. Children in the control group were treated with ferrous sulfate, whereas children in the observation group were treated with iron protein succinate oral solution. All were given continuous treatment for 7 weeks. Clinical effects, iron metabolism indicators (serum ferritin (SF), serum iron (SI), transferrin (TRF), red blood cell parameters (hemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), adverse reactions, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, serum SF, SI, Hb, MCV, and MCH in both groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); The TRF content decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups during the follow-up period (P>0.05). ConclusionCompared with ferrous sulfate, iron protein succinate oral solution is more effective in the treatment of IDA, which can quickly improve iron metabolism indicators and red blood cell parameters, with few adverse reactions. |
