| 细胞焦亡是由核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)诱导半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)活化,引起其执行蛋白GSDMD发生剪切和多聚化,诱发细胞肿胀和快速裂解释放大量促炎性介质,增强炎症反应细胞程序性死亡的方式。线粒体是机体的能量工厂,产生大量ATP并释放活性氧,参与细胞代谢、信号转导、凋亡和焦亡等重要生理过程,与心血管系统等炎症反应性疾病密切相关。本文综述了近年来线粒体损伤诱导细胞焦亡在心血管疾病发生发展中的作用和机制。 |

| Pyroptosis is a programmed cell death mechanism characterized by the activation of Caspase-1 mediated by NLRP3, leading to the cleavage and polymerization of its effector protein GSDMD, resulting in cell swelling and rapid lysis to release numerous pro-inflammatory mediators, thereby amplifying the inflammatory response. Mitochondria, the primary energy-producing organelles in cells, produce large amounts of ATP and releases ROS, and thus play crucial roles in various physiological processes including cell metabolism, signal transduction, apoptosis, and pyroptosis. This article examines the relationship between mitochondrial damage-induced pyroptosis and the development of cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its close association with inflammatory conditions. |
