| Distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury is common in ankle joint injury, which has high occultation, long recovery period and ease to impair ankle joint function, thus affecting prognosis. Therefore, the implementation of accurate reset and fixation is particularly important. Compared with traditional screw fixation, button suture technique has unique advantages and is widely used.This article reviews the advantages and disadvantages of button suture technique compared with conventional screw fixation in the treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury. |
