目的分析分泌性中耳炎(SOM)患者耳积液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化及其临床意义。 方法选择SOM患者240例作为SOM组,另选取同时期无耳鼻喉病史的健康体检者100例作为对照组。比较SOM组不同病程患者耳积液IL-6、HMGB1水平及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),以及SOM组与对照组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平;分析耳积液IL-6、HMGB1、CD4+/CD8+与SOM病程的相关性,以及耳积液IL-6、HMGB1水平与CD4+/CD8+的相关性。 结果SOM组病程>14天者耳积液IL-6、HMGB1水平及外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均高于病程≤14天者(P<0.05);SOM组外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组(P<0.05);耳积液IL-6、HMGB1及外周血CD4+/CD8+均与SOM患者病程呈正相关(P<0.05),且耳积液IL-6、HMGB1与外周血CD4+/CD8+均呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论SOM患者耳积液中IL-6、HMGB1水平增加,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群紊乱,且这些改变均与SOM病程密切相关。 |

AimTo analyze the changes of interleukin-6 (IL-6), high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in ear effusion of patients with secretory otitis media (SOM) and their clinical significance. MethodsA total of 240 SOM patients were selected as the SOM group, and 100 healthy physical examination subjects without ear, nose and throat history were selected as the control group. The levels of IL-6, HMGB1 and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) in ear effusion of patients with different disease course in SOM group, and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in SOM group and control group, were compared. The correlation between the levels of IL-6, HMGB1, CD4+/CD8+ and SOM course in ear effusion, and the correlation between the levels of IL-6, HMGB1 and CD4+/CD8+ in ear effusion, were analyzed. ResultsIn SOM group, the levels of IL-6 and HMGB1, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ in ear effusion were higher in patients with disease course >14 days than those with disease course ≤14 days (P<0.05). The levels of CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood in SOM group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Ear effusion IL-6, HMGB1 and peripheral blood CD4+/CD8+ were positively correlated with the course of SOM patients (P<0.05), and ear effusion IL-6, HMGB1 were positively correlated with peripheral blood CD4+/CD8+ (P<0.05). ConclusionThe levels of IL-6 and HMGB1 were increased in the ear effusion of SOM patients, accompanied by the disorder of T lymphocyte subsets, and these changes were closely related to the course of SOM. |
