      目的探究美宝湿润烧伤膏(MMBO)对烫伤后金黄色葡萄球菌感染大鼠创面炎症和核因子-κB(NF-κB)/NF-κB抑制物(IκB)水平的影响。 方法将45只Wistar大鼠随机分为假伤组、模型组、MMBO组,建立烫伤后金黄色葡萄球菌感染大鼠模型。比较各组创面愈合率、痂下组织菌量、创面pH值、创面组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、磷酸化NF-κB p65(p-NF-κB p65)/NF-κB p65、、p-IκB/IκB水平。 结果与假伤组比较,模型组创面pH值、p-IκB/IκB水平明显降低,痂下组织菌量、创面组织中VEGF、bFGF、EGF、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ、p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65水平明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,MMBO组创面愈合率、创面pH值、VEGF、bFGF、EGF、p-IκB/IκB水平明显升高,痂下组织菌量、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ、p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65水平明显降低(P<0.05)。 结论美宝湿润烧伤膏可促进烫伤后金黄色葡萄球菌感染大鼠创面愈合,并阻滞NF-κB/IκB信号通路的活化以降低炎症反应。

      AimTo explore the effects of meibao moisturizing burn ointment (MMBO) on wound inflammation and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB)/NF-κB inhibitor (IκB) levels in rats with Staphylococcus aureus infection after scalds. MethodsForty-five Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham scald group, model group and MMBO group. The models of Staphylococcus aureus infection after scalds were constructed. The wound healing rate, number of bacteria in scab tissues, wound pH, levels of vascular endothelial growth (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in wound tissues, levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ), expressions of phosphorylated NF-κB p65 (p-NF-κB p65)/NF-κB p65, p-IκB/IκB, were detected among different groups. ResultsCompared with sham scald group, wound pH and p-IκB/IκB were significantly decreased, while number of bacteria in scab tissues, levels of VEGF, bFGF, EGF, IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65, were significantly increased in model group (P<0.05). Compared with model group, wound healing rate, wound pH, levels of VEGF, bFGF, EGF and p-IκB/IκB, were significantly increased, while number of bacteria in scab tissues, levels of IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65, were significantly decreased in MMBO group (P<0.05). ConclusionMMBO can promote wound healing in rats with Staphylococcus aureus infection after scalds, and block the activation of NF-κB/IκB signaling pathways to reduce inflammatory response.
