      目的探讨格拉斯哥-瞳孔反应量表(GCS-P)评分联合脑脊液生化指标检测对重症颅脑损伤患者预后的评估价值。 方法回顾性分析240例重症颅脑损伤患者的一般资料,根据出院3个月后格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分分为预后良好组和预后不良组。比较两组脑脊液生化指标及GCS-P评分;ROC曲线分析脑脊液生化指标联合GCS-P评分对重症颅脑损伤患者预后的预测价值。 结果预后不良组S-100钙结合蛋白β(S100β)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6水平均高于预后良好组,GCS-P评分低于预后良好组(P<0.05)。GCS-P评分联合脑脊液生化指标检测对重症颅脑损伤患者预后具有良好的预测价值(P<0.05)。 结论GCS-P评分联合脑脊液生化指标检测对重症颅脑损伤患者预后具有良好的预测价值。

      AimTo explore the prognostic value of Glasgow coma scale-pupillary response (GCS-P) score combined with cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indicators in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on the general data of 240 patients with severe traumatic brain injury. According to the Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) score three months after discharge, they were divided into a good prognosis group and a poor prognosis group. Cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indicators and GCS-P scores in these two groups were compared; ROC curve analysis was used to evaluate the predictive value of cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indicators combined with GCS-P score on the prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. ResultsThe average levels of S100β, IL-1β, and IL-6 in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, and the GCS-P score was lower than that in the good prognosis group (P<0.05). The combination of GCS-P score and cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indicators has good predictive value for the prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury (P<0.05). ConclusionThe combination of GCS-P score and cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indicators has good predictive value for the prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
