| 目的探讨涤痰复脉汤联合舒洛地特在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用。 方法将184例缺血性脑卒中患者随机均分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均进行溶栓治疗,对照组在溶栓后24 h采用阿司匹林联合舒洛地特治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用涤痰复脉汤治疗,两组均治疗14天。比较两组中医证候评分、血液流变学、血流动力学、炎症因子、血管内皮功能及不良反应。 结果治疗后,两组中医证候评分、炎症因子水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组血液流变学、血流动力学、血管内皮功能均有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。 结论涤痰复脉汤联合舒洛地特治疗可有效减轻缺血性脑卒中临床症状,改善血液流变学及血流动力学,还可降低炎症因子水平,改善血管内皮功能,且未增加不良反应。 |

| AimTo explore the application of Ditan Fumai Tang combined with Shulotide in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods184 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Both groups of patients received thrombolytic therapy. The control group was treated with aspirin combined with Shulotide injection 24 hours after thrombolysis, while the observation group was treated with Ditan Fumai Tang in addition to the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, hemorheology, hemodynamics, inflammatory factors, endothelial function, and adverse reactions of these two groups were compared. ResultsAfter treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and levels of inflammatory factors in both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Both groups showed improvement in hemorheology, hemodynamics, and endothelial function, with the observation group better than the control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two treatment groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionThe combination of Ditan Fumai Tang and Shulotide can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of ischemic stroke, improve hemorheology and hemodynamics, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, and improve endothelial function, without increasing adverse reactions. |
