目的观察银杏叶提取液联合丁苯酞注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效。 方法回顾性选取本院120例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方式均分为对照组(常规静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞注射液治疗)、观察组(对照组基础上联合银杏叶提取液治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后神经功能[改良Rankin量表(mRS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]评分、神经损伤[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异性蛋白S100β]、炎症反应[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、miR-210水平及血液流变学情况。 结果治疗后两组mRS、NIHSS评分和NSE、OPN、S100β、IL-6、hs-CRP水平以及血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);miR-210水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论采用银杏叶提取液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死,可有效控制炎症反应程度,从而利于改善患者神经功能,且对血液流变学改善效果明显。 |

AimTo observe the curative effects of ginkgo biloba leaf extract combined with butylphthalide injection on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. MethodsThe clinical data of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were retrospectively selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group (conventional intravenous thrombolysis treatment and butylphthalide injection treatment) and observation group (combined with ginkgo biloba leaf extract treatment on the basis of control group). The clinical efficacy, neurological function scores [(modified Rankin scale (mRS), national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS)], nerve injury [neuron specific enolase (NSE) and central nervous system specific protein S100β], inflammatory mediators [interleukin-6 (IL-6) and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)], osteopontin (OPN), miR-210 and hemorheology were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the scores of mRS, NIHSS, the levels of NSE, OPN, S100β, IL-6, hs-CRP, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity of two groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); The levels of miR-210 were all increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe treatment of ginkgo biloba leaf extract combined with butylphthalide injection can effectively control the degree of inflammatory reaction, which is conducive to improve the neurological function of patients, and has obvious improvement effect on hemorheology. |
